Life in Fuengirola

Work hard. Then walk to the beach.

Culture

How we work together

Wins are shared

Every deal is celebrated on the floor. When one of us grows, the whole team grows.

Feedback every day

Short, honest coaching after calls. It’s the fastest way to get good at sales.

Nordic honesty, Spanish warmth

Straight talk and clear expectations, with plenty of time for each other.

Everyone was new once

New colleagues get a buddy and a calm start. Nobody is left to figure things out alone.

Ambition without elbows

We push for results, but never at the cost of our colleagues or our customers.

Keep it simple

Clear targets, clear processes, few meetings. More time for what works.

Activities

The social side

Most of us moved here without knowing anyone. That’s why we make time for each other.

After-work on the promenade
Padel tournaments
