Privacy policy
Controller. Vanguard Sales Ventures TO BE COMPLETED is responsible for the personal data collected on vanguardsalesventures.com.
What we collect. When you book an interview or contact us, we collect the information you enter in the form: for example name, phone number, email, market, availability and any message.
Why. To handle your application or answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before a possible employment contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
How long. Applicant data is kept for up to 12 months after the recruitment process ends, unless you ask us to delete it earlier or you are hired. Enquiries are kept as long as needed to answer them.
Who processes it. Our hosting and form providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not sell your data.
Your rights. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing post@vanguardsalesventures.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
